Arabian Travel
Market is the exciting and dynamic exhibition where
destinations, resorts, airlines and travel services
from six continents come to develop new business.
Exhibitors meet with a qualified audience of
international and intra-regional tour operators and
meetings and incentives buyers. They launch new and
innovative products to the world's tourism industry
using pre-scheduled appointments and meetings on
the show floor. This is the only travel and tourism
event for industry professionals held under the
patronage of the Government of Dubai.
Each year Arabian
Travel Market builds on the successes of previous
years to bring exhibitors at the show the highest
quality travel trade buyers and decision makers.
Arabian Travel Market 2005 continued to exceed
expectations in terms of quality and quantity with
many exhibitors having their most profitable ATM to
date.
For the first time
in 5 years The Hosted Buyer® Programme at ATM
2006 will increase in size assuring the attendance
of top-level qualified buyers with large budgets
and high level purchasing responsibility from the
MICE market.
Improvements to the
programme include the buyer's commitment to a
number of one-to-one pre-scheduled appointments
with exhibitors. These will be selected prior to
the show and exhibitors will be sent their
pre-scheduled appointments.
The Appointment
Scheduling Session is aimed at allowing exhibitors
to briefly introduce their product and to agree a
mutually convenient time to hold a meeting on their
stand later during the exhibition. Meetings should
not be held during this session; it is purely a
time to arrange appointments. The session will be
held on Tuesday 2nd May from 14.00 - 16.00 and will
be located centrally in Hall 6 of the exhibition.
The session will be clearly signposted.
A time effective
and first class buyer driven programme creating a
thriving face-to-face business environment between
visitors and exhibitors throughout the four
days.
