Aviation expert Robert
Donald joins Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP as
Counsel
Calgary, Alberta,.
Fraser Milner Casgrain LLP (FMC), one of Canada's

announced today that Robert Donald has joined the
Firm as Counsel. Mr. Donald, who served as General
Counsel of the International Air Transport
Association for 10 years, will advise Fraser Milner
Casgrain's diverse client base on federal and
Québec legal matters related to
international aviation, national and international
commercial transactions, and litigation management.
He will be based in FMC's Calgary
office.

including asset-based financing, purchasing and
leasing of aviation-related equipment, insolvency
matters, regulatory issues and aviation claims,"

Mr. Donald spent 10
years at the International Air Transport
Association (IATA), working in both Geneva and
Montréal. Prior to joining IATA, he
was a partner in a Montréal law firm. He is
a member of the Québec Bar and a frequent
speaker on international aviation.

specialized knowledge of international aviation

Mr. Donald holds a
Bachelor of Arts from Concordia University in
Montréal, a Bachelor of Civil Law from
McGill University in Montréal, and a Post
Graduate Diploma in European Union Competition Law
from King's College in London, England.
