Preferred Supplier Agreement With Marriott
International

Onity to supply electronic
locking solutions to Marriott properties throughout
Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia
Oyarzun (SPAIN) Onity, a
leading global provider of electronic control and
security solutions for lodging applications, has
signed a landmark agreement with Marriott
International, making the company a preferred
supplier of electronic locking solutions to
Marriott properties in most regions of the world.
This agreement, which includes properties in
Europe, the Middle East, Africa and Asia Pacific,
is valid through the end of 2008.
Prior to selecting Onity as a
locking solution partner, Marriott management
conducted a thorough evaluation and negotiation
with Onity's EMEA (Europe, Middle East and Asia)
regional headquarters in Spain. The final decision
was based primarily on Onity's excellent worldwide
customer service and support network, well- known
product quality and superior reliability. Marriott
International, Inc., (NYSE:MAR) is a leading global
hospitality company with nearly 2,800 operating
units in the United States, as well as 67 other
countries and territories. Worldwide, the Marriott
chain comprises more than 500,000 guest
rooms.
